SHIPPING & RETURNS
Need to return your cart? No problem! Just email sales.golfcartdealer@gmail.com with your complete information. Please include your order number. We will reply with return instructions.
RETURNS
Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Claims must be made within 15 days from receipt. Please allow up to 5 business days for credits to be processed.
CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellation can only be made before shipment. Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect. Need your order FAST? No problem! All in stock orders placed before 10:00AM are shipped the same day.
SHIPPING TIME
Orders are shipped from our warehouse. Most orders are delivered 24 to 72 hours after being placed. We will notify you within 12 hours if items you ordered are out-of-stock.
SHIPPING METHOD
Orders are shipped via Fedex ground. Please notify a customer service representative if you require Next Day shipping. Same Day delivery is available. Orders can be picked up at the warehouse.
ORDER STATUS
The status of an order is only updated to "Shipped" when a tracking number is received from the warehouse. Orders may be packed, processed, and even picked up by Fedex before a tracking number is confirmed. If your order still says "Awaiting Fulfillment", it does not mean it has not been entered in to the system. We are faster than we look!
